Antoine de Saint-Exupéry is known for being an aviation pioneer and a famous writer. But a lesser-known part of his life is his war story. However, it is arguably the most significant part of his existence. Because it is in the midst of World War II that Saint-Exupéry would fight for France and Freedom. And it is in 1943, while in exile in New York, that he would give birth to his masterpiece: The Little Prince. And above all, it is on July 31, 1944, during a reconnaissance mission, that he would mysteriously disappear with his plane. For over 50 years, his plane would remain unfound... Until a certain September 7, 1998, and the miraculous discovery of a clue by a fisherman from Marseille! Thank you to the entire team who contributed to the preparation of this episode.
