There is a way to force rivals to be any character but it's really difficult currently to get it right CHARACTER MODEL WISE unless the Normal Player are the CPU Player are the same (but I haven't experimented on cheat characters vs. same cheat characters). The could have had DJ Atomika have lines ramble about the 4.
