The MERCEDES EQE SUV is the versatile variant of the EQE business sedan. Like the latter, it is available with the essential innovations of the EQS while being more dynamic than the EQS SUV. It will have a range of up to 590 km (WLTP). The modular drive concept allows the EQE SUV to offer a wide range of maximum total drive outputs from 215 to 300 kW. Depending on the vehicle's equipment and configuration, European vehicles achieve a range of up to 590 kilometers according to the WLTP cycle. The EQE SUV's lithium-ion battery consists of ten modules. In some cases, the innovative, in-house developed battery management software can be kept up-to-date via over-the-air (OTA) updates. Wide range of driver assistance systems The current generation of driver assistance systems includes numerous driver support functions. The standard equipment of the EQE SUV includes, among others, ATTENTION ASSIST, Active Brake Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist, the Parking Package with Reversing Camera, and a Speed ​​Limit Indicator. The status and activity of the systems are displayed in a full-screen view on the assistance display in the driver display. The Assistance Package and the Driving Assistance Package Plus offer further options. Extremely Handling and Agile The chassis of the new EQE SUV consists of a four-link axle at the front and a spaced-link axle at the rear. Thanks to the comparatively short wheelbase of 3,030 millimeters and the corresponding chassis tuning, it appears particularly agile and maneuverable even in the basic configuration. The AIRMATIC air suspension with continuously variable damping (ADS+) is available as an option. The vehicle can be raised by up to 30 millimeters, thus increasing ground clearance. In addition to the DYNAMIC SELECT ECO, COMFORT, SPORT, and INDIVIDUAL programs, the EQE SUVs with 4MATIC offer the OFFROAD program for off-road driving.
