Sivas'ta köye dönüşü teşvik için örnek proje
In the village of Günyamaç, in the Hafik district of Sivas, 52 uniform houses were built on public land as part of the "Villages Must Live" project to encourage residents to return to their villages. These houses are intended to both return to their homeland and prevent migration from villages to larger cities. As part of the "Villages Must Live" project, implemented by the Sivas Governor's Office for families wishing to return to their villages but lacking land for housing, 52 uniform houses were built on public land in Günyamaç village, located 43 kilometers from the city center and 7 kilometers from the Hafik district center. The project, led by the Sivas Governor's Office, the Hafik District Governor's Office, and the Günyamaç Village Assistance, Solidarity, and Development Association, aims to encourage residents to return to their villages and prevent migration from the village to larger cities. The two-bedroom and three-bedroom houses were completed after four years of work. The houses, which will be provided to residents registered with the Günyamaç village population, are expected to be delivered before Eid al-Adha. With the houses built, citizens began to return to their villages from big cities. "WE BUILT HOUSES FOR THOSE WHO DIDN'T HAVE OUR VILLAGES TO REVIVAL THEM" Project coordinator Yusuf Keskin explained that they launched the "Villages Must Live" project in 2016 for those who don't have homes in big cities but want to return to their villages. He said, "We completed the project by submitting a petition to the Governor's Office for those living in Istanbul who don't have a home in their villages, and we acquired 90 decares of land for our village and built 52 houses. We will hand over the keys during Eid al-Adha. As part of the "Villages Must Live" project, we aim to revitalize and revitalize our villages. We built houses for those who don't have homes in their villages. We built our houses in 2+1 and 3+1 configurations. We've brought this to life since 2016. While villagers migrated to big cities, our villages were left alone. They built houses on agricultural land. Land is very valuable to us. Later, when we need land, we can't grow anything on stone." "WE'VE BEEN AN EXAMPLE FOR ALL VILLAGES, WE NEED TO PREVENT MIGRATION" Keskin, noting that the area where the houses were built was a rocky, unused area, said, "We've made this place available to our villagers. After implementing this project, we've set an example for all the villages of Sivas. I hope we've set an example for other villages. We've invested nearly 10 million Turkish Lira in our village. We need to prevent migration. Most of our villagers can't see anything in Istanbul except their balconies and rooms. They're bored and overwhelmed by Istanbul. Many people want to come to their villages, but they don't have homes there. This project has been a great opportunity for those who want to return. There wasn't a pandemic when we were doing this work, but we did a very good job. Everyone here will be able to tend to their homes and gardens." #news #agenda #breakingnews
