As a farewell, I'm releasing a portion of my Nara Line four-language broadcast collection, which I've been repeatedly recording for about four years and listening to alone with a smile. This time, we're bringing you the automated announcements between Nara and Sakuragawa for the Kintetsu Nara Line Rapid Express train departing from Kintetsu Nara Station (Nara Koenmae) towards Osaka Namba and bound for Kobe Sannomiya. All audio that was recorded in four languages ​​has been broadcast in four languages. All announcements regarding train type, destination, next station, etc. are broadcast in four languages, and some educational broadcasts that could be recorded in four languages ​​have also been included. *Some sections also include audio recorded for lower-class trains that stop at the same stations, such as express trains. Below are some notes and complaints. The playback speed of the video has been adjusted to match the length of the broadcast. I really like the sound of the Hitachi VVVF motor that I rode on during the video shoot, so I've intentionally included the inverter sound in some sections. This is a compilation of recorded audio from four-language broadcasts, so it's not like each train actually broadcasts all four languages. (That said, there are a very few conductors who broadcast all four languages.) The Ikoma-Tsuruhashi section features some of the lesser-used four-language spot broadcasts recorded on Nara Line trains, including not only rapid express but also express and limited express trains. Enjoy announcements that only a few conductors use, such as "Unclaimed luggage may be removed at intermediate stations," "Please do not sit on the floor," "Please fold wet umbrellas," and "Please throw trash in the trash can." Overall, there are many sections where the actual running time and broadcast duration do not match. There are many overly long broadcasts here and there that seem to have been created without any consideration for reality, as in, "Who would broadcast a two-minute broadcast on a section that normally takes one minute?" The section between Nihonbashi and Osaka Namba is particularly noticeably short. I'm not sure how many times I've ridden this section since the broadcasts were introduced in 2016 until I posted this video, but I've only heard the four-language broadcasts on rapid express trains twice. In fact, I think I could count the number of times I've heard the English broadcasts on both hands.
