Bolo Podre - Versão Alentejana!

This was one of my father's favorite cakes. And rightly so. The cake is really good. It's one of those old-fashioned cakes, with simple ingredients, and it's exactly what it seems: a simple, very aromatic cake with that homemade, grandma's-home taste.
