3.5 Hours of Relaxing Nevada Desert Driving | Carson City to Las Vegas Complete Drive 4K

A relaxing and beautiful scenic drive through the Great Basin and Mojave Desert in Nevada from Carson City south to the Las Vegas Strip. This video shows the entire 430 mile journey. We begin heading east on U.S. Route 50 in Carson City and the majority of our journey is on U.S. 95 south. The area around Carson City was covered in a smoky haze due to large wildfires burning to the west in California. The skies get clearer as we head south and we run into a few spots of desert rain along the trip.
