My favourite high-speed rail company left me disappointed. I travelled in Thalys Comfort Class from Brussels Midi to Paris Gare du Nord. The journey was smmoth, quiet and very comfortable, but with a blocked toilet, no water, a water leak by the Thalys Welcome Bar and glacial service, I was left let down.
