Abandoned Factory Catches FIRE While Playing Airsoft, Kankakee IL

On 11/18/23, a big group of us came over to play airsoft in Kankakee, at the Factory one last time before the year ended. The day was cut short due to a Pyro grenade landing on trash bags filled with foam, causing a fire. The fire ended up smoking out that side of the building, and flames reached ceiling height. Everyone was quick to get the word around that a fire had broken out, and the Mir Tactical Staff did an amazing role in getting everyone out safely. The Staff was also very quick to get the Fire Department to the factory as fast as possible. Nobody was injured due to the fire and the smoke. I still had a blast even if it was just for a few hours.
