The bottle like Square, Rectangle, Dairy Gallons, Half Gallons is available. Automatic Bagger provides a row forming infeed pick & place system that con sistently achieves speeds of over 200 containers per minute. Its vacuum-capable infeed and row forming area ensure container and array stability. The arrays are pushed into a wall of film and sealed. Once a bundle is formed, a servo driven stacker picks up the bundle & gently places it in the stack location. To further enhance your productivity, ask us about one of these add-on options to your bottle bagging operation. A perforation option allows knifeless opening of bundles, while Film Loading Handles allow two operators to safely load rolls of film. Super’s Film Splicer joins rolls of film together to reduce waste and is compatible with many existing machines. Additional options include a Static Eliminator and Modular Skid.
