It’s designed to help build strength and flexibility in all areas of your body and give you energy to help get you through the activities of your day. Resistance bands are a great tool to help you during a workout and if you’ve been following us for a while then you know how much we love to use them! They come in many sizes or weights and are easily deployed when you are ready to exercise. For this 20min routine, Meredith will use them to work all areas of your body including upper and lower body. Be sure to always keep a sturdy chair or wall close by to help you if you need extra support for balancing during this exercise. Also remember to drink plenty of water and have a great workout!
