Join me on a journey of colouring. I have recently learned that colouring reduces stress and anxiety and by engaging in non verbal tasks, the mind is directed away from negative thoughts and emotions. I have experienced that by colouring it quitens my mind and teaches to focus on the colouring while allowing thoughts to float by and not engaging in the said thoughts. I feel like I don't need to control anything and just enjoy the moment and just being in the moment. By doing this I teach myself that I'm not my thoughts and can choose what I want to see in my mind. The more I do it the more repetitive it becomes and the more I feel free to be me and express my true feelings. Join me on my next video....
