The plan was a peaceful day of fishing at Ribanceira Beach, but the reality was quite different! We ran into mullet fishermen and were asked to remove our lines from the water. Even though we were upset about not being able to fish, respect for the local culture and the fishermen who depend on it all year round speaks louder.
