撮影：April2015　弘前公園の満開の美しい桜吹雪の映像（ディスカバーニッポン）。この公園は、津軽統一を果たした津軽氏の居城。弘前城天守や櫓、城門が当時の姿を伝える。統一を果たした初代藩主、為信(ためのぶ)が慶長8年(1603)に計画、2代藩主 信枚(のぶひら)が慶長16(1611)に完成させた城。天守閣を中心にソメイヨシノをはじめシダレザクラ、ヤエザクラなど約50種2600本の桜が咲き誇り、春は大勢の人出で賑わう。 BGMは甘茶の音楽工房 Hirosaki Park of Cherry Blossom blizzard Hirosaki Park is one of Japan's best cherry blossom spots. This Park is provides one of the best views of phenomena in spring. The sight of cherry blossoms in all their glory is what everyone wants to see, but there is another superb view left for those who missed the full-bloom period. The so-called “ Cherry blossom blizzard” at the end of the season when the wind carries thousands of blossoms in the air is a truly spectacular view.
