Many warned me it was far too dangerous to even consider visiting. But beyond the warnings, I encountered some of the kindest Pakistani people. Whether it was a local Pakistani Pathan, a Balochi vendor, or an Afghan immigrant, everyone welcomed me with warmth. From toy sellers who helped me spread joy to neighborhood kids, to meat vendors who greeted me like an old friend, this journey was all about genuine human connection.
