Como Hacer el MEJOR Bacalao Guisado con Viandas | Puerto Rican Cod FIsh Stew Bacalao Guisado con Viandas is a traditional Puerto Rican dish that features salted codfish stewed with root vegetables in a flavorful tomato-based sauce.
