Court hands down ruling on Western Cape government and the City of Cape Town

The Constitutional Court has handed down a landmark, unanimous judgment ruling that the Western Cape government and the City of Cape Town are constitutionally obligated to provide affordable housing in the inner city, officially declaring the historic sale of the Tafelberg School site in Sea Point unlawful.
