I Went On A Year Long Makeup Low Buy - Here's What I Learnt

Hello again YouTube friends! At the start of 2018 I realised I was my makeup spending had gotten out of control - I needed a drastic measure to break my spending habits, so I went on a year long make up low buy! I started with a makeup no buy for 3 months, then a makeup no buy for the remainder of the year.
