Chatting with Mac DeMarco
Polaris Music Prize nominee Mac DeMarco was in town last month for what seemed like an endless string of performances packed into the week that was NXNE. During the festival mayhem he was still able to swing by Indie88 to chat with fellow Albertan Carlin about what his new record "Salad Days" is all about, his band's notoriously raucous (and often raunchy) live shows, weird past jobs he's had, and his love of Canadian blue-collar labour force fashion.
