Фургала удалили! Прессе запретили штатив, адвокатам - воду. Как проходит допрос «потерпевших» в суде
Furgal's Second Case: The press was denied a tripod, the lawyers were denied water, Furgal was removed... The Babushkinsky Court is "being harsh": today, the panel of judges urgently expedited and concluded the questioning of Yevgeny Sidorov, a representative of the injured party at MSP Bank, who had been questioned for almost a month. To this end, the presiding judge began rudely interrupting the questioning of the defendants and defense attorneys, removing them one after another and then suddenly handing over the right to ask questions to others, despite their outcry, thus depriving the other party of the opportunity to further participate. Defendant Dmitry Kozlov, who was barred from questioning by the court, attempted to pass a list of questions to his assigned attorney through the escort, but the court noticed and stopped the attempt. The assigned attorney did not have any questions of his own. Many defendants and their attorneys received comments today. The court refused to hear or record their counter-objections. Defendant Gennady Savochkin asked to speak on the record to report the crime committed by the interrogated victim, Sidorov. After the third warning, defendants Furgal and Savochkin were removed from the hearing until the end of the victim's interrogation. Prosecutor General Salima Kabardukova drew the court's attention to a microphone tripod held by a member of the press. Judge Natalya Kurysheva immediately barred the press from the tripod without any justification, stating, "We didn't allow it." The bailiffs dutifully forced the media to dismantle the tripod and remove the microphone. The problem is that the judge is the only one heard in the courtroom; she speaks into her microphone, through an amplifier and speakers. The defendants in the aquarium are completely inaudible, and apparently the court doesn't want these sounds to be heard. Earlier, at Kabardukova's request, the court barred audio broadcasts from the courtroom. A jammer was immediately installed on the ceiling. Each hearing effectively lasts until 10:00 PM, and both the lawyers and Kabardukova herself are now without communication. However, today it was revealed that water is prohibited from being brought into the Babushkinsky Court, and no coolers have appeared in the building. Earlier, in addition to all the existing restrictions, Judge Kurysheva attempted to close the trial itself to the audience, but someone on the panel, possibly the court's chairman, Yevgeny Komissarov, stopped her. Today, the defense challenged "victim" Sidorov, citing his concealment of material circumstances in the case, and requested that the court hand over a report of a crime committed by him based on knowingly false testimony. The court rejected the challenge and ordered that the report of the crime be allowed to be handed down along with the verdict.
