This week’s khutbah is a reminder for all of us to know our place before Allah. Allah is Al-ʿAlim — the All-Knowing. We entered this world knowing nothing, and despite all that we learn, our knowledge remains limited. If we truly recognize who Allah is and who we are, then it should drive us to seek beneficial knowledge, humble ourselves before revelation, and strive to learn our religion correctly.
