I'm retiring at 45 with £400k in my ISA

Everyone in personal finance repeats the same rule. Never draw more than 4% a year. I'm planning to draw 9% a year from my £400k ISA, starting at 45, and I don't think that's reckless. In this video I break down the ISA bridge strategy: using my ISA to fund life from 45 to 57, spending it down to zero on purpose, because my pensions take over from there. The 4% rule is built for a pot that has to last forever. Mine has to last 12 years. That changes everything about the maths. I cover the real numbers behind a 12 year bridge, what happens if markets crash in year one, sequence of returns risk, and the backstop that makes this plan survivable.
