Film footage and music is taken from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi - where most of Yodaās leitmotif or theme development appears. Whilst Yoda is prominent in the score for The Phantom Menace, The Clone Wars, Return of the Jedi, and has his scene in The Last Jedi, his music and the treatment of his themes in those films are far less interesting, and not so characterised, so they have not been included. We go behind the film score and look closer at analysing how the composer thinks about writing music for film with orchestra.
