Abandoned haunted derelict pub, the pub doors closed in 2016 and is due for demolition. The pub has a room on the third floor which was sealed many years due to ghostly activity. The locked room was opened for the first time in January, 2011 for a paranormal investigation The previous land lady said: “When they unsealed the room, they said there was a lot of activity. “They found all sorts, a little girl, a very old gentleman who was in the army. “It was scary. I’ve nailed it shut. “I don’t go in that room, I’m not brave enough. “Years ago, it used to be a bedroom. It’s on the third floor in the pub.”
