Why he chose the Jamaican Dream over the American Dream

Returning to Jamaica after studying abroad is something that happens on occasion. Typically, opportunities in other countries are more attractive than those on the island. As a result, there are fewer skilled and qualified people available to assist in building the nation. In this episode, I'm joined by Matthew Wallace, a young entrepreneur, hotelier, and restauranteur who is also a good friend of mine. He chose to return to Jamaica over staying in America to continue a promising career in hospitality.
