Café Shabaji was founded on December 20, 2022, by a dynamic trio of women who bravely ventured into an industry traditionally dominated by men. Built with love and minimal investment, this café uses reclaimed wood that’s over 50 years old, sourced from the village of Khurtun. This wood not only adds character but also gives the café its soul. As I document the café's operations, you'll see everything from food preparation to customer interactions, the vibrant atmosphere, and the strong sense of community that thrives here. Despite its small 12-meter space, Café Shabaji has created a welcoming and lively environment where people from all walks of life – young and old, locals and tourists – gather to enjoy great food and even better conversations.
