Karl ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: for the cookies : 340g pastry flour 60g almond flour 200g butter flavored coconut oil 110g beet sugar 100g macadamia nuts for the latte : 50g macadamia nuts 250g water 20g coffee beans Instructions: 1. put pastry flour, almond flour, butter flavored coconut oil and beet sugar together in a food processor and mix until it forms crumbles. 2. add macadamia nuts and shape them into your favorite shape. put them in a freezer for an hour. 3. bake cookies at 180C/356F for 20 minutes. 4. make macadamia milk and brew espresso then make latte. 5.
