[TAS] Kid Chameleon (Any%) in 1:15.58

TAS notes: https://tasvideos.org/10217S This TAS is a staggering 6.5 seconds faster than the last update 2 years ago. Nothing has changed in Blue Lake Woods 1, most of the input after the first incline being TheRandomPie_IV's. The new momentum preservation trick in Blue Lake Woods 2, shown off by CaseyTAS in their new 100K Trip TAS, was modified to accommodate Red Stealth's different physics to save about 3.2 seconds. The Plethora fight was completely rerouted to deliver hits faster and defeat him on the left side, right above the flag, saving 3.3 seconds. The aim for this run was to minimize TAS time, where time ends when the last input is made.
