7 different places in Birmingham City you must visit, filmed on 14-06-26 4K HDR
No, 45 Church Street is not a brand-new build. Originally completed in 2008 on the site of a 1970s postwar office block, it stands as a modern 13-story commercial landmark. However, the building regularly undergoes extensive renovations to maintain its Grade A status. The building frequently undergoes high-quality CAT A+ refurbishments. Key features and updates. A morning walk-through Birmingham city which I have never done this before on a Sunday or visited seven different places in one day, my favourite seven places in Birmingham city. Indeed if there were eight it would definitely have been Brindley place, but Brindley Place fountain is looking very sorry for itself at this particular amount in time, that is why I left it out. A Couple of corrections before I get corrected, when I said in Colmore Row the cars would turn left, I obviously meant to say they would turn right. I was out over four hours filming this for you. I really do hope you enjoy it and appreciate my efforts. Just in case you are wondering where the seven came from😄 1/Centenary Square 2/Paradise 3/ Victoria Square 4/Chinatown 5/ Digbeth custard factory 6/ Colmore Row 7/jewellery Quarter It is incredibly frustrating to see a prominent civic feature like the Chamberlain Memorial Fountain sit idle for months, especially in the heart of the city's pedestrian zones. The Chamberlain Square fountain and wider Paradise public realm are managed jointly by the Paradise development team (managed by MEPC) and Birmingham City Council. Maintenance operations for the fountain have historically faced issues with its complex pumps, drainage, and water discolourisation. I did not dwell too much on paradise because it does look in a sorry state when the fountain is not working at this beautiful Memorial monument. All I can say is shame on this dreadful Birmingham City Council. The fountain in the Paradise Chamberlain Square area of Birmingham is indeed a memorial monument. Known as the Chamberlain Memorial, this 65-foot, Grade II listed neo-Gothic tower was erected in 1880 to honor Joseph Chamberlain, a prominent businessman, local councillor, and former Mayor of Birmingham. The monument serves as a tribute to Chamberlain's civic achievements, most notably his work in improving the city's living conditions and bringing gas and water utilities into public ownership. The Structure: Built from Portland stone, it features detailed carvings, Venetian mosaics, and a portrait medallion. The Fountains: The base includes fountain jets and pools that were fully restored when the square was redeveloped. One can only imagine what he would think of today’s current council in Birmingham City. Silly Bernard, the World Cup tournament is on until the 5th of July but obviously they will not be in victorious Square until the 5th of July because we have the food festival coming on the 3rd of July. Please note, This was filmed in 4K which you can watch on your phone but I have noticed smart TV will only allow it in 1440 or even 1080 HD sometimes, apparently they downgrade it if it is not popular, how dare they.😂They are very naughty to do this because I know most people watch my videos through their smart TV.
