Post Baby Weight Loss Rebounder Workout on Bellicon (FIT INTO YOUR FAVORITE JEANS)//This video gives you 8 of my best post baby weight loss exercises using the Bellicon rebounder. You can do this post baby weight loss rebounder workout whilst your baby naps or lies next to you. It’s a 20 minute workout with safe effective post pregnancy exercises for postpartum weight loss. Your body after baby is different but not in a worse way, just different! Postnatal weight loss needs some patience but also time efficient exercise you can fit into a busy day with a baby in tow. One of the questions I get asked the most is ‘how to lose weight after pregnancy?’ My tip and special equipment to help lose baby weight fast is to invest in a Bellicon Rebounder. It is my favorite piece of home exercise equipment! Research has shown that it is 50% more effective for weight loss after pregnancy than running and far safer for your body and you can store it easily at home and rebound whilst your baby is with you. It is fun and will also help you lose the mummy tummy or mommy tummy alongside shifting the baby weight. On the subject of running, I do not recommend running in the first few months after having a baby as it’s a high impact activity and causes stress and strain to your weakened joints.
