Teigmouth Promenade parkrun | Flat and Fast Sub-18 minute 5K | parkrun Episode 6

This week, we’re back on the South Devon Coast as I seek a fast and flat course by the seaside! It was a beautifully misty morning with just a gentle breeze. Just a week after my first marathon at Manchester, I surprised myself with just how quick the legs were feeling and managed a sub 18 minute 5K - I definitely wasn’t intending to run that hard when I woke up!
