Clun Returns! 7029 'Clun Castle' - The White Rose to York & Scarborough - 04/07/2026

Having not seen Clun Castle since October last year, and having missed her final railtour of the season prior to her being withdrawn for an intermediate overhaul and boiler retube. Saturday 4th July would come as some what of a surprise when she would appear on the front of this years Summer White Rose to York and Scarborough railtour... I certainly didn't see that coming! lol Kicking things off with one of our regular used locations, we capture Clun as she barks out of Burton with the outward leg bound for York and Scarborough. Our final shot takes us to Stenson Junction, where we capture Clun as she trundles past the camera in somewhat 'semi' light.
