The stone, the polythene, the mesh, the chairs, the lashing, the laser levels, the shutter boards — every single step has to be right before the pump turns up and the concrete goes in. Get it wrong here and you're undoing everything. That's what people don't understand about development at this level. They say "oh, you're that builder" — yes. I am a builder. And being a builder means extreme attention to detail at every single stage, from the ground up.
