Located in Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, the Chatham Saw Mill is Asia's oldest and largest continuously operational sawmill. Established in 1883 by the British, it processes premium local timber—including the famous Andaman Padauk—and features a fascinating museum and remnants of World War II bomb craters. Location: Chatham Island, connected to Port Blair by a 100-meter bridge (approx. 11 km from the city center). Timings: Open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
