According to our Odoxa-Mascaret poll, 70% of French people believe the presidential campaign has already begun, and 73% want primaries to be held to select the candidates. The second key finding of the survey is that the popularity of the frontrunners for the presidential election is already shifting. While Jordan Bardella still tops the rankings, he has dropped by 3 points. Bally Bagayoko, the LFI mayor of Saint-Denis, has entered the political rankings and is now tied with Jean-Luc Mélenchon. Meanwhile, Gabriel Attal and Bruno Retailleau have seen their biggest gains and are closing in on Édouard Philippe.
