Kdenlive: How To Balance Multiple Audio Tracks Using Volume Keyframing
Sometimes, it's necessary to balance two different audio layers in Kdenlive. For instance, you might be using background audio that needs to become quieter when a narration or interview comes on. I've been using two ways to achieve this. The first is by breaking up the background audio layer to correspond with where you want the levels to change and adding gain adjustments. The second is by using the volume keyframing effect. This method achieves better results as it will allow you to fade the background audio in and out beneath a superimposing audio layer.
