I Almost Gave Up on My 3D Printed RC Plane (Then This Happened)

Check out the Craycle Cub here: https://craycle.com/store/ ericrobbstl → 10% off all STL models ericrobbkit → 5% off all physical kits I built this 3D printed RC airplane once before, and it didn’t fly great… but I couldn’t let it beat me. In this video, I rebuild the Craycle Cub, crash it, repair it, try again, upgrade to the carbon fiber spar version, crash again, and eventually come back five months later to finally figure out what I was doing wrong. This 3D printed RC plane needed more speed than I was giving it. I’m used to flying foam board RC airplanes, but this plane was heavier and needed more throttle, more commitment, and a better launch. Once I finally gave it enough speed, the Craycle Cub actually flew — and it flew way better than I expected.
