Tekken 3: Translating Ogre's backwards dialogue

For a long time, Tekken fans assumed that Ogre was speaking in some kind of made-up language on Tekken 3. However, it was revealed that Ogre was actually speaking in Japanese, which was then reversed and had some effects added to it to make it sound less human.
