THE MAKING （２５）歯ブラシ・歯ミガキができるまで
1998年 15分 シリーズ「ザ・メイキング」。身近な製品がどのような技術を使ってつくられていくのかを追い、モノの成り立ちと科学技術の関わりを伝えます。今回のテーマは、歯ブラシと歯ミガキ。歯ブラシは、他工場で作られたプラスチックのハンドルに、ナイロンの毛をコンピューター制御で自動的に植毛し、その後、毛先を整えます。また、歯ミガキは配合釜で原料をよく練り合わせ、真空状態にして泡を取り除きます。完成した歯ミガキをチューブの後ろから入れ、熱で閉じます。その後パッケージされ、私たちのもとに届きます。 受賞作品 暮らし 学習／教育
