🎥 We are launching a new Vatican News video series: "In the Light of the Second Vatican Council." Over the next few days, we will be sharing the catecheses delivered by Pope Leo XIV during the Wednesday general audiences, dedicated to exploring the fundamental texts of the Second Vatican Council. In this first episode, the Holy Father reflects on the constitution Dei Verbum and reminds us that God speaks to humanity as a friend, inviting us to enter into communion with Him. While the General Audiences are on hiatus for the summer break this July, we are accompanying this time with this special series. Pope Leo XIV will resume this cycle of catechesis on August 5.
