day in the life of a postgrad student - deadlines, student life & imposter syndrome

In this episode of the Postgrad Diaries, I take you along for a full day at Cardiff Met with back-to-back lectures and seminars as my master’s comes close to the end. I head into campus for a content marketing seminar, working on activities that feed directly into our assignment and learning how the module links to the Chartered Institute of Marketing accreditation. Then I move on to digital analytics, where we explore data sets in the lecture before lunch in the atrium and a seminar focused on spotting gaps, abnormalities, and insights in spreadsheets and suggesting solutions. After feeling overwhelmed, my lecturer helps me understand, which leads into a chat about imposter syndrome, asking for help, and adjusting from a fashion design undergrad to marketing.
