gm_subclass - abandoned plant

After being heavily gaslit by what appears to have been a bizarre update for the 64-bit gmod vrad, I'm back on my bullshit! This is a quick showcase/demo of a little puzzle I made and a new industrial area as well. The abandoned factory is very very loosely based on the abandoned/demolished packard automobile plant in detroit, a place that was used quite frequently for warehouse raves in times since gone. Also made a funny little factory just outside the plant wall, and another freaky little midcentury building too cause I couldn't think of anything else to do lol. That one is somewhat based on a very old retrofuturistic building in southfield, mi on 10 mile. There's a lot of IRL inspired buildings in this map now, it's shaping up to be a proper gm_afterhours successor in some ways lmao
