In this beginners Wing Chun lesson, I detail Wing Chun’s Jum Sao / jum sau (sinking hand) technique. Jum sao is used to sink and deflect the opponent's forward pressure as it comes into you underneath your arm. Keep the energy driven forward into their centerline by your elbow (not the wrist).
