2020 臺灣的聲音 灣聲樂團新年音樂會 李哲藝：《金色年代》小提琴協奏曲 Che-Yi Lee ：Taiwan Dreams in Golden Age for Violin & Orchestra 第一樂章：一生 First Movement: The Circle of Life 第二樂章：愛情 Second Movement: Love Lasts Forever 第三樂章：未來 Third Movement: Looking Ahead 小提琴：魏靖儀 Violin：William Wei 獨奏家介紹： 魏靖儀(William Wei)，小提琴家，2015 年比利時伊麗莎白女王國際音樂大賽桂冠優勝。2015年與Marin Also所指揮的比利時國家管絃樂團在伊麗莎白女王國際音樂大 賽決賽時演出蕭斯塔高維契小提琴協奏曲，獨特的音色、精湛且極具表現力的演奏摘下桂冠殊榮，更獲得樂壇一致好評；除了《比利時時報》的盛譽以外，魏靖儀傑出的樂感更受到《紐約音樂會評論》大力推崇：「演出者在E絃的能量與精準度都達到相當高的境界。」自此，魏靖儀展開其個人的世界巡迴演奏生涯。以家鄉臺灣作為巡迴起點，接續與臺北市立交響樂團、世宗獨奏家樂團(Sejong Soloists)、Mainzer Virtuosi、比利時國家管絃樂團......等世界各地交響樂團合作多首協奏曲演出。期間亦與多位世界知名的音樂家合作，如吉爾‧夏漢、胡乃元、林昭亮、Marc Danel、Sungwon Yang以及 Ronald Feldman等等。作為炙手可熱的小提琴演奏家，魏靖儀亦受邀在多個音樂節與音樂廳演出，如卡內基音樂廳、紐約林肯中心、Alice Tully Hall音樂廳、紐澤西四絃音樂節、佛蒙特綠山音樂節、義大利Casalmaggiore 音樂節、比利時公牛音樂廳(le Boeuf)、首爾藝術中心、義大利史特拉底瓦里博物館(Museo del Violino)。甫於2018年獲得Salon de Virtuosi演奏事業獎，魏靖儀在音樂上的成就更受到著名的《紐約時報》以及 Robert Sherman 讚賞，後者更邀請魏靖儀在美國電台WQXR 節目上演出。 1994 年生於臺灣台南，五歲由鍾佳妙老師啓蒙學習小提琴，在台期間先後師事許恕藍、吳孟平與陳鈺雯老師。十六歲遠赴茱莉亞音樂院就讀，師事Hyo Kang與李宜濠教授。魏靖儀目前使用由奇美基金會提供的1761年名琴，於德國柏林Hanns Eisler藝術學院攻讀碩士學位，師從前柏林愛樂首席Kolјa Blaher門下。 William Wei, Violin Laureate of the prestigious 2015 Queen Elisabeth International Violin Competition, Taiwanese violinist William Wei has begun to demonstrate his expressive and unique sound to the world. William has been hailed by New York Concert Review for his fine musicianship and his “energy and precision up to the very heights of the E-string.” William recently receives Salon de Virtuosi’s 2018 Career Grants and his performance is appreciated by well-known New York Times, Robert Sherman, who later invited William to play in radio WQXR. Born in Taiwan, William began his studies on the violin at the age of five. He was a proud recipient of the Jerome L. Greene Foundation Scholarship at The Juilliard School, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree under Hyo Kang and I-Hao Lee. He is currently pursuing Master’s degree in Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin, studying with former Berlin Philharmonic concertmaster, Kolja Blacher. William plays on 1761 Tomasso Balestrieri sponsored from Chimei Foundation in Taiwan. 曲目介紹： 作曲家李哲藝將〈何日君再來〉、〈月亮代表我的心〉到〈我只在乎你〉這三首作品旋律為基底重新創作三個樂章的《金色年代》小提琴協奏曲。 Composer Che-Yi Lee wrote a violin concerto Taiwan Dreams in Golden Age with the melodies of “When Will You Return,” “The Moon Represents My Heart,” and “I Only Care About You” as its three movements. 第一樂章：一生 First Movement: The Circle of Life 本樂章以〈何日君再來〉為素材發展，描述一位巨星的誕生與一生的波折，看似亮麗光鮮的舞台底下，透過音樂的起伏澎湃落寞曲折，讓聽者感受到站上舞台的不易與努力。 The First Movement adopted the melody of “When Will You Return,” outlining a superstar’s life and its ups and downs. With the rising and falling of the music, the listener gets a sense of the trials and difficulty a performer faces in order to get on a seemingly pure and bright stage. 第二樂章：愛情 Second Movement: Love Lasts Forever 本樂章以〈月亮代表我的心〉來述說巨星的愛情，作為一位公眾人物的愛情生活其實比一般人要來得辛苦，但是追求愛與被愛的心卻與平常人的期盼是一樣的，但在鎂光燈之下卻由不得你。 This movement uses “The Moon Represents My Heart” to relate the romantic story of a superstar. A celebrity has to endure more than common folks, but the longing to love and be loved is the same as that of the common people. Yet life under the limelight is beyond one's control. 第三樂章：未來 Third Movement: Looking Ahead 儘管巨星終究離我們而去，但是留下的雋永歌聲及旋律卻使所有人無限懷念，把〈我只在乎你〉拆解而重組，代表著創作者對於這些經典音樂的想像與走向未來的憧憬。 Despite the departure of the superstar, his meaningful voice and the melody left behind keep him in people memories. “I Only Care About You” is deconstructed in a new form, showing the composer’s imagination and future vision for these classical tunes.
