A very beautiful and challenging all-mountain ride with two tough climbs. The first from Piazzatorre is the steepest, while the second from Valleve to Passo San Simone becomes tough from the Camoscio refuge onward, as you'll have to push a bit. The descent from Torcola to Valleve is beautiful, in my opinion; it's all natural trail, partly through meadows, then entering the woods and becoming slightly rougher. The descent from Passo San Simone to Piazzatorre, although it has several steep climbs, has changed a lot since the last time I did it. They've widened the trail a lot, which for long stretches has become a kind of highway with dirt "bumps." Let's just say that in terms of fun and views, a lot has been lost. It's still a transfer that anyone can do.
