Honda AfricaTwin CRF1100 best upgrade! Wilbers!

This is achieved by swapping the linear springs for progressive ones. The second spring rate provides a larger reserve. 💡 On the rear axle the spring rate is adjusted by a slightly harder spring, in combination with optimized rebound and compression damping. Our solution offers a larger adjustment range than the original spring strut. The suspension geometry on the front and rear axle was adjusted via negative spring travel. 💡 The nonplus ultra concerning motorcycle shock absorbers! The upper mount consists of a milled part. It serves as a connection to the compression tank and houses the setup screws for the high- and low-speed areas of compression adjustment. With 22 clicks each they can be optimally tuned to your requirements! At maximum compression speed a pressure relief valve prevents the shock from hydraulic blocking and fends off uncontrolled jolts to the suspension. Rebound can be adjusted from the outside by 22 clicks. The spring basis is steplessly variable. 🔴 Wilbers Fork Spring - Zero friction - progressive https://www.wilbers.de/shop/en/Motorc... 💡 Wilbers progressive fork springs friction" Friction reduction through fine grinding, resulting in »ZERO friction«. In vibratory finishing, the components to be machined, e.g. components, e.g. our fork springs, together with a specially together with a grinding wheel specially adapted for this in a vibrating container, the so-called trough vibrator. 💡 The vibrations of the container generate a relative movement between the workpiece and the grinding wheel and, due to the constant rubbing against each other, lead to a smoothing of the component surface. At the end of the processing there is a fine, shiny surface. Particularly with our fork springs, this reduction of the surface roughness means a minimization friction = ZERO friction. 💡 Important is the combination with our specially developed Wilbers fork oil and the observance of the correct air chamber for the corresponding vehicle. With the help of our partners from @wilbersproductsgmbh , we are building a Honda Africa Twin CRF 1100 that will be much more capable for off-road riding. We mount the suspension last week together with @AlamiMoto and video is coming real soon this week on the @IdealBike YouTube channel. ✅ We have a rised suspension with @wilbersproductsgmbh Fork Spring - Zero friction - progressive +25mm and @sproductsgmbh Shock Absorber Type 642 Competition +25mm ✅ The suspension solution from Wilbers Products realizes a better response of the fork.
