But if you do not have a bench , a chair or sofa will work also Again what we are doing here is... 10 exercises in total 40 seconds on 20 seconds in between to get ready for the next exercise Again how many reps you fit in in each 40 secs will depend on the individual and what weight you're using. This is a perfect workout for those in a hurry , whether it's first thing in the morning or on your lunch break. And if you feel you have more in the tank and need more.
