DBMA 2016 Camp - Eric "Top Dog" Knaus - The Caveman
The Caveman (Diagonal Forehand Strike) You need to have power to be effective. Use the hourglass structure. This keeps the line of the strike tighter. Make sure your body mechanics are in alignment with gravity. The forehand power shot is almost vertical on this stroke. Make your strengths stronger. Don't diversify until your foundation is very strong. Remember, fighting is very dynamic. Things are changing all the time. You must constantly adapt. This is a sample from one of our DBMA Association Online Courses. We are in the process of publishing the entire camp over the next few weeks. Over 9 hours of footage will be included with this course. http://dogbrothers.com/2016-east-coas... For information about the DBMA Association: http://dogbrothers.com/join-dbmaa/
