Children climb into garbage containers daily to collect plastic and metal to ensure their families' survival. Amidst this lack of prospects and the aftermath of the Kosovo War, an extraordinary hotel project in Gračanica is setting an example of reconciliation. Led by two Roma managers, the business is breaking down social barriers and uniting employees from different, once-hostile ethnic groups.
