100+ Year Old J Herbin Ink!!! Unopened!!

First off, my apologies for the quality of the sound towards the end and the frequent cuts. This really is my first personal video I've put up and rather than doing take after take to get it right, I thought I'd post this as I did it. Now: what you have here is a capsule of at least 100 year old -- possible more -- ink by J. Herbin. It is a purple ink. I strongly suspect it was original Violette Pensee ink, but I can't seem to find a way to verify this. I show its original container, and then I constitute it right on camera, then I write with it, comparing it to modern J. Herbin Violette Pennsee ink. Not sure if I'm ever going to do another video, but I really wanted to put this one out there to the community. Please be sure to comment and share this. I'm sure there's plenty of other people interested in how ink came packaged at the turn of the 20th century.
